Annotation

Are you interested in the healthcare industry? Are numbers your thing? Then the degree programme with vocational and academic elements in Health Management could be just right for you. The course prepares you specifically for your professional future at the interface of health and business administration. You will deal with topics such as health care management, human resources & organisation, health economics and digital business models. You will apply what you have learned directly at your practice partner. After completing your course, you will be able to take on administrative and advisory tasks – in hospitals or treatment and fitness centres, for example.

Depending on the location, your course will be offered either as a degree programme with vocational and academic elements or as a dual-degree myStudium course. Both models offer you interactive learning materials and lots of other benefits. In a degree programme with vocational and academic elements, you will attend lectures on campus or virtually two days per week. In the dual myStudium at IU, you can also use our learning AI and deepen your knowledge in regularly held accompanying events.

Note: This degree course will be offered in Berlin for 7 semesters starting in April 2026. Subject to successful accreditation and government recognition. We expect the approval of the Thuringian Ministry of Economics, Science and Digital Society by the start of studies at the latest.
