Special enrolment requirements
Proof of a pre-study work placement of a total of 4 weeks must be provided by the start of the 4th semester (full-time or part-time degree course).
In total, 2 weeks must be completed in inpatient care (hospital/retirement home/rehabilitation) in the field of nursing/therapy/medicine.
The remaining weeks can be spent either in the inpatient or outpatient sector. Here, the work placement can also take place in administration or technology.

No tuition fees are charged. The semester contribution is EUR 350.80. With this, the student also obtains a ticket for the local public transport system as well as for whole of North Rhine-Westphalia.
