Annotation
The Bachelor’s degree course in Medical Education at the Health and Medical University Erfurt is aimed at professionals in the health and social services who want to provide qualified training to prospective healthcare professionals. The flexible part-time degree course combines face-to-face training on block weekends with virtual learning and thus makes it possible to combine work and study. The course lasts seven to eight semesters and ends with the state-recognised Bachelor of Arts academic degree, which qualifies graduates to teach at non-public healthcare schools and provide practical instruction to trainees, as well as entitling them to pursue a Master’s degree. It combines educational, medical and management-related content and prepares students for teaching roles and educational tasks in the healthcare sector.
