The University of Heidelberg awards places in the Master's degree course in Conference Interpreting according to the results of an aptitude test.

Language skills: With the application (see the admission regulations):
Language A: native language\;
Language B: active foreign language, min. level C2\;
Language C: passive foreign language, min. level C2\;
German as language B: at least DSH3

Aptitude tests will take place on 14/15 June 2024 (submission of application documents via heiCo by 14 May 2024 and on 20/21 September 2024 (submission of application documents via heiCo by 30 August 2024).

Tuition fees

For the first-degree courses and consecutive Master's degree programmes at the Universität Heidelberg no general tuition fees are charged. For international students from countries outside the European Union (EU) and outside the European Economic Area (EEA), tuition fees of 1,500 euros per semester are charged at all universities in Baden-Württemberg.
