In addition to the above-mentioned admission requirements, prospective students need a training contract with a cooperating hospital including a medical certificate and an extended certificate of good conduct.
The application deadline for the winter semester is 1 July 
The application deadline for the cooperating hospitals is 31 January of that year.

Admission requirements

The midwifery degree is only open to applicants who can prove at least one of the following:
a) The completion of at least twelve years of general school education or
b) The successful completion of vocational training, e.g. as a nurse or as a nurse on the basis of the German Nursing Act. For further accepted vocational training, see Section 10 of the German Midwifery Act.
